The quality management system implemented by us is based on the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the determinations of conventionary applicable national rules and regulations. Its implementation ensures that all organisational, commercial and technical processes are planned, controlled and monitored and that contractually agreed requirements are met. Authorisations and functional dependencies are regulated to identify quality problems, to suggest measures to remedy them and to monitor implementation of the measures. Aurich products are characterised by their high level of product quality. This also applies to optimum service, starting with the first contact with the customer and up to servicing after delivery of our products.
